   Surrounded by nature and history and steeped in pure Southern hospitality, the historic Homestead Hotel is one of Virginia’s finest resorts. Located in Hot Springs, Virginia, the resort is known for its championship golf courses and alpine skiing facilities. Just in time for the winter season in 2008, a skating rink was installed, complete with festive lights and music.
   With its distinct Colonial clock tower, the century old hotel follows the lines of the Georgian and Colonial Revival style of architecture.
   Replacing the original hotel after a devastating fire, the resort continued to uphold Skating Rink, Homestead Resort - Hot Springs, Virginia its reputation as a first class establishment. Along with luxurious accommodations and distinguished cuisine, the resort's mountain setting only magnifies the hotel's splendor.
