The Falls Lucy Park, Wichita Falls, TX One of the main focal points of Lucy Park, the 54 foot waterfall with a multi-level cascade, is reached over concrete paved pathway. Doubling as a bike path (the start of the city's Circle Trail System), the concrete trail follows the river through a beautiful landscaped setting for a 15 minute walk to the falls.
